SENIORS-COMPLETE YOUR FAFSA!Need help completing your FREE application for Federal Student Aid? A financial aid specialist from WU will be on hand to help complete and answer questions. Just bring your laptop that night (there is a list of information your parents will need as well, and this will be posted in your senior English classrooms…..so take a photo of the list and share with them). October 21st at 6:00 p.m. in the SHHS commons area.FCCLA will be selling Ghoula Grams for $1, $2 to keep it anonymous before/ after school in Mrs. Morrison room N707, October 8th-28th and Wednesday October 22nd during lunch. These will be delivered on October 29th during TBird time! Prepare to be spooked! The Shawnee Heights Orchestra is once again holding their Haunted Corn Maze Fundraiser at Shively Farms on October 24th and 25th from 6-9pm. This year, we will feature the Steve Kile Band and Typical Stereo. Food Vendors include Poppin' Squeeze, American Kolache, Unique Treats, and Twisted Treats. Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the gate. Look for the posters around the school or talk to your favorite orchestra student for information!The coffee shop is located in the south commons. We will be open Wednesday-Friday before the first bell. This is also going to be our first year accepting cards, we are no longer cash only! We expect to be busy, so if you want to guarantee getting something before class starts, the earlier you show up, the better.You can travel with Frau Becker to Italy during Spring Break of 2028. This trip is open to students, parents, grandparents and other friends of the district. Please see Frau Becker in room 615 for more information.
