  • Congratulations to the Varsity football team for their victory over Blue Valley Southwest. We are excited to be back playing in front of the best crowd in the state on Friday for homecoming vs. Turner High School.
  • Congratulations to the JV football team for their comeback 22-18 win last night over Blue Valley Southwest.
  • Tonight (Tuesday) is our Football Grid Iron Auction at 6:30pm in the auditorium. Come out and bid for some strong football players to do some handyman work for you!
  • Congratulations to the SHHS debate team for taking 3rd at the Eudora Debate Tournament. Angelina Naseem and Taylor Alcorn took 2nd in the Novice Division!
  • Homecoming is on Friday, Oct. 22nd. The outside date forms are now in the main office and the deadline to return them is on Wed., Oct. 20th.
  • GSA will meet on Tuesday, October 19 from 2:45 to 3:45 in the library. Want to design or help paint a mural for a local community business? Contact Ms. Ayers-Berry to learn more.
  • Coach Darting is looking for several good Managers for the upcoming season. Any boy or girl in grades 9-12, please sign up with Ms. Hogan in the main office, if you have any interest in the job. You will be in a positive environment, have a lot of fun, and have a lot of enjoyable experiences. Come join the team!
  • Stop by the library to enter the “Unmask the Celebrities” contest. See if can correctly guess the 12 famous, masked people on the posters. Prizes will be given to winning entries.

  • Students interested in learning more about STEM majors should plan to attend the Tuesday, November 16 T-Bird Talk during 7th hour. Kale Stahl will be here to share his experience at K-State from the types of majors that are available to special project research teams. See Mrs. Aeschliman in Room 202 to register for this presentation.
